Ingredients
- ¾ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy (about 5 to 7 minutes).
- Mix in vanilla extract and eggs.
- In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, baking soda and kosher salt.
- Slowly incorporate dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
- Once incorporated, evenly mix in chocolate chips.
- Evenly portion cookie dough into 36 balls. We suggest using an ice cream scooper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Take out of the refrigerator and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
