Marshmallow Cloud Milk Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 7oz. Marshmallow Fluff Container
  • 1 Tbsp Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
  • 12 oz. Whole Milk
  • Ice (Ball)

Instructions

  1. Coat the back of a teaspoon with your Marshmallow Fluff.
  2. Using the teaspoon almost like a brush, paint cute clouds on the inside of your glass.
  3. In a separate pouring glass, mix your Blue Butterfly Pea Powder and Milk together until well combined and sky blue in color.
  4. Place your Ball of Ice into your Marshmallow Cloud Glass and pour your Butterfly Milk over it.
  5. Enjoy drinking from the sky!

Rainbow Sweet Cream

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Colored Sprinkles (Fine, not large pieces)
  • 1 Hand Foamer
  • 12 oz. Iced Coffee
  • Spoon

Instructions

  1. Add your Colored Sprinkles and Whipping Cream together in a tall jar.
  2. Use your Hand Foamer to mix them together and to whip the cream to a nice, foamy, soft peak. The sprinkles will color your Cream!
  3. Pour over your Iced Coffee gently, smooth it over with a spoon and enjoy your Rainbow Whip!

Mason Jar Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz. Mason Jar
  • ¼ cup Ground Coffee
  • 16oz. Water
  • 1 square of Cheese Cloth (fold it over twice for an extra clean pour)

Instructions

  1. Take the lid of the Mason Jar off and fill the Jar with your ground coffee.
  2. Fill the Mason Jar with water and seal the lid tightly on.
  3. Shake the jar well for a few minutes to start the brewing process.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Remove the lid of the Mason Jar and take out the inner, metal disk in the lid, leaving only the ring of the lid.
  6. Place your square of cheesecloth over the top of the Jar and then seal it on with the Lid’s Ring. Now you can pour your homemade Mason Brew with it’s own filter!

Orange Peel Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 Navel Orange
  • 1 Citrus Reamer
  • 1 Skewer
  • 1 Tbsp Earl Grey Tea
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 250ml Hot Water

Instructions

  1. Slice your orange in half and juice one half with a reamer roughly until it resembles a bowl. Set the other half aside.
  2. Place it hole-side up on your glass and using a Skewer, poke several holes in the orange.
  3. Add your Earl Grey Tea and Honey into the orange and then pour your Hot Water into the Orange and watch as it brews and filters tea into the glass!
  4. Remove the orange and squeeze some Orange Juice from the clean half for some extra flavor!

One Cup Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Instant Espresso
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Hand Foamer
  • ½ cup Whole Milk (Or milk substitute)

Instructions

  1. Add your sugar, instant espresso and water into a mug.
  2. Mix them together with your hand foamer until nice and fluffy and golden brown in color. It should be hard for your Foamer to stir the entire batch toward the end as it gets nice and thick.
  3. Pour your Milk into the center of the mug and watch as your delicious Whipped Dalgona rises to the top!

Vietnamese Egg Foam

Ingredients

  • French Press
  • 2 tbsp Egg Yolk (2 egg yolks)
  • 4 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 10 oz. Black Coffee in a Cup
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Sifter

Instructions

  1. Add your Egg Yolk, Condensed Milk and Cream together in your French Press, using the press a few times to combine the ingredients and to get the mixture creamy and frothy.
  2. Pour this mixture over your coffee. Although it comes out as ribbons you should see it float to the top of your coffee quite quickly and combine together to make a tasty topping.
  3. Using your sifter, dust the top lightly with cinnamon and enjoy!

DIY Steeped Coffee Bags

  • 1 Coffee Filter
  • ¼ cup Ground Coffee
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Vanilla Bean (or 1tsp Vanilla Extract)
  • Floss
  • Hot Water

Instructions

  1. In your Coffee Filter, place your Ground Coffee, Cinnamon and Vanilla Bean, tying together the filter tightly with your floss.
  2. In a cup or mug, pour your hot water then dip and steep your Coffee Bag. Let it sit for a few minutes to infuse to your liking and enjoy!

  • 1 8oz. Milk Carton (Frozen overnight)
  • 4 oz. Espresso

Instructions

  1. Crush up your Milk Carton until you can feel it’s no longer just a large block, but nice and slushy.
  2. Cut open the top of the carton and squeeze the iced milk into a mug.
  3. Pour your cup of espresso over the frozen milk and enjoy your Milk Slushy Latte!

Matcha and Milk Ice-Cubes

  • 24 oz. Matcha (dissolved in milk and split into two 12 oz. jars).
  • 12 oz. Milk
  • 1 square Ice Cube tray.

Instructions

  1. Fill one half of your Ice Cube tray with your Matcha and the other with your Milk.
  2. Freeze for 8 – 10 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, place a Milk Ice Cube and a Matcha ice-cube into a glass and fill with the remaining Matcha. Like it on the subtler side? Fill the glass with Milk instead!

  2. Gently push your Cotton Candy into the Milk and watch it dissolve instantly!
  3. Blend it together quickly with a hand foamer to ensure the color is uniform.
  4. Drop your Ice Ball into the Cup and top with Black Coffee.
  5. Enjoy your colorfully sweetened Cotton Candy Coffee!
